- Team Leadership: Lead and manage multi-discipline teams, including consultants and clients, to deliver high-quality projects.
- Quality Assurance: Implement QA/QC processes and meet target metrics to ensure project quality.
Requirements
- Experience: 7 years of experience in project management or technical leadership on water/wastewater/conveyance projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in water/wastewater engineering or a related field.
- Licensing: Florida PE license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
