Duties
- Assist in managing daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise front desk staff, providing training and support to enhance performance and service quality.
- Handle guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and profitability.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports as directed by the Hotel Manager.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote the hotel’s services and amenities.
Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting.
- Strong front desk management skills with a focus on guest services.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
