Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and guests.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels; ensure laundry is done as needed.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is a plus but not required.
