Key Job Responsibilities Include:
- Perform building corrective and preventive maintenance
- Perform duties related to plumbing, electrical, or HVAC
- Perform various other maintenance tasks as assigned
Hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Overtime may be required as needed.
Minimum qualification of 3 years of related experience required. Must have the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Before appointment, applicant must be able to successfully complete background check and drug screen.
