RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure the defined Revenue Management business practices and processes are properly executed and deliver positive performance results through

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers and colleagues

• Establishing a friendly relationship with all guests/children while anticipating their needs

• Listening to guest complaints and responding with empathy

• Maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness in all departments’ areas

• Keeping all areas of our department well-stocked with appropriate items for our guests’ convenience.

• Having a basic knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning

• Operational knowledge of fitness center equipment

• Mature judgment must be demonstrated while working with children

• Must show basic knowledge about other services available within our hotel and be able to communicate those services clearly and effectively

• Other duties as assigned
