Experienced grounds crew member needed for large apartment complex in Morgantown. Full-time seasonal position. Summary: provides hardscaping/landscaping, appliances and furniture moves, up-keep of the complex, and other hands-on duties as needed. Requirements: attention to detail and reliable, experienced landscaping (weed eater, lawn mower, etc.), physical strength and stamina, willing to work in to learn new skills, ability to work with others to plan, coordinate and complete tasks. Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and pass a background check.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
