- Greet and welcome guests at assigned tables with warmth and efficiency, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.
- Announce current menu and daily specials, effectively communicating menu items and ingredients to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Ensure proper methods of payment from guests, and perform other tasks as assigned to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in fine dining service, highlighting your expertise and versatility.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to connect with guests and colleagues alike.
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all.
- The ability to work long hours and be flexible with schedules and hours (including weekends and holidays), demonstrating your dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Current TIPS Alcohol Certification or comparable alcohol service certification, ensuring your safety and proficiency in serving liquor.
