Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently and manage calendars.
- Handle patient billing inquiries and assist with billing processes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
- Verify insurance information and assist patients with basic insurance inquiries.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure the front desk area is neat, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and time management.
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes (preferred but not required).
- Comfort with multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.
