Chatham Hills Westfield is an exclusive Residential and Pete Dye Golf Course Community in Westfield, Indiana. The Club at Chatham Hills offers modern, state-of-the-art amenities in an upscale setting while delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. The Club offers an 18-hole Championship Golf Course, 9 9-hole Executive Golf Course, and incredible golf practice facilities.

The responsibilities below are listed but are not limited to :
- Guest first focus. Delivering exceptional guest service is a top priority.
- Setting the bar in order to execute successful service for an event.
- Preparing and serving in a professional and courteous manner.
- Able to work well in a team, as well as independently.
- Able to sufficiently manage time.
- Able to execute all tasks assigned efficiently and up to expected standards.
- This position may also require waiting on tables in the designated bar area
Requirements:
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- Must have prior bartending and mixology experience. Knowledge of classic drinks such as Old Fashioned, Cosmo, Manhattan, Mules, etc.
- Able to interact with the guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
- Ability to transport and carry objects such as glass racks and ice bins weighing up to 50 lbs. numerous times throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours.
- Ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to speak and write in English.
- Ability to listen effectively, process information quickly, and transfer knowledge to others in order to ensure standards of quality are met consistently.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
