Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Support client inquiries and provide detailed responses in a timely manner
- Coordinate communication flow between departments
- Draft and edit professional messages and internal memos
- Monitor and maintain records of communications and updates
- Assist in preparing documents for meetings and presentations

Qualifications
