Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Rep to join our team in Louisville, KY. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Salary:$17.50 - $26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Provide information about our products and services, addressing customer concerns effectively.
• Assist with account setup, troubleshooting, and billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
