Electronics Assembler
As a CPI Electronics Assembler, you will work on tasks that may include assembling electronic component subassemblies and products.

As a CPI Electronics Assembler, you will occupy a key role in working with and for a company that builds the physical infrastructure that powers, protects and secures the world’s digital technology. Day to day, you will perform assembly tasks as assigned by the Team Leader. Along with the assembly portion of the role, you will also be responsible for meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Under direct supervision, perform assembly and testing of PDUs
- Perform to quality and productivity standards
- Follow standard operating procedure and schedule to meet daily demand
- Maintain ESD safe work environment
- Handle and assemble small parts and cables
- Support team by packing, kitting, and cleaning subassemblies and products
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Complies with safety requirements. Notifies Team Leader of any safety issues that need to be corrected prior to performing operations.
- Continuously maintains a clean work area. Assists in cleaning common areas.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned by management.

Technical Competencies
- High school or equivalent education preferred.
- One year experience in electronic industry
- PDU assembly or box build experience a plus
- Ability to comprehend spoken and written English
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Capable of using measuring devices as required for product inspection.
- Available and willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as production demand dictates.
Physical/Environmental Requirements
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, carrying, stooping, and crouching
- Available and willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as production demand dictates.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
