Residential and Commercial Cleaning Manager

Job Description:

• We are a local cleaning company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, sociable, outgoing all star to join our team as a Professional Cleaner. As a Lead Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at various job sites. This position requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and adherence to strict guidelines regarding professionalism and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties at assigned job sites, including but not limited to offices, residential properties, and commercial establishments.
• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times while representing the company.
• Demonstrate a passion for cleaning and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
• Work 5 days a week within the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, with flexibility for occasional adjustments based on client needs.
• Display eagerness for personal and professional growth within the company, seeking opportunities for advancement and skill development.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check as part of the pre-employment screening process.
• Must be outgoing and have great communication skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate with clients effectively.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to commute to various job sites.
• Abstain from use of tobacco during the workday, as many of our clients are sensitive to the smell of smoke.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently when needed.
• Ability to lead a cleaning project and manage other team members effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is highly preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Make beds and change linens.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Other cleaning duties as assigned.
