Position Overview:

At Chattanooga Dental Arts, you’ll work in a collaborative, supportive environment where patient care and teamwork come first. Whether you’re helping the clinical team or connecting with patients, your contributions will truly matter.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
- Educate patients on post-procedure care and oral hygiene.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
- Support the team with additional tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Active Dental Assisting certification in Tennessee (RDA or EFDA).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental assisting preferred .
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental software and digital X-ray equipment preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Positive, patient-focused attitude and a strong team player mindset.
