What will a ADC Attendant do?
- Through words and actions support Chattanooga Goodwills Mission, Vision, and Values; furthermore, actions and decisions will align with organizational guiding principles.
- Maintain agency, employee, and participant confidentiality. Violation of confidentiality may be cause for termination.
- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Follow GRATIS in every interaction with donors:
- Greet donors at their vehicle.
- Receipt is hand out to every donor.
- Assist donors by unloading donations from the customers vehicle.
- Thank donors for their donations.
- Invite donors back.
- Sort donations into approved equipment and into approved categories.
- Record every donation received daily donation count sheet and report accurate counts.
- Have donation receipts signed and dated to expedite service.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors while directing complaints to management.
- Consistently perform work tasks according to training, e-learning, and work instructions.
- Abide by the policies and procedures as set forth by Goodwill.
- Ensure the security of all company assets and donations.
- Effectively communicate with management, peers, and donors.
- Effectively promote and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork with peers.
- Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to management.
- Attend and complete all training and meetings as required.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Key Knowledge and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills.
- Customer service skills
