Job Summary:
Oversee the daily operations and duties of the clinical staff at assigned location, ensuring proper patient flow and care while supporting the needs of the Clinic Manager and Director of Clinical Operations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and duties of the staff, ensuring proper patient flow, quality of care, and physician support.
- Manage weekly clinical and support schedules, arranging staffing needs to meet department demands.
- Maintain employee time and attendance records.
- Provide timely resolution to customer service issues.
- Assist the Clinic Manager in developing the educational needs of the clinics and cross-training of staff.
- Organize and conduct clinical staff meetings routinely.
- Monitor and assist with patient calls and provide support to clinical staff with daily duties.
- Facilitate the on-boarding and training of staff.
- Ensure clinical equipment is kept in working order and order supplies or repair as necessary.
- Monitor housekeeping and stocking of clinical areas.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team for process improvement.
- Conduct interviews as needed.
- Conduct quality assurance audits routinely.
- Assist reviewing department policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education:
- Associates degree in Nursing.
License/Certification:
- Valid Tennessee RN license;
- BLS Certification
Experience:
- Two or more years experience as an RN in a cardiology setting.
Pay Range
$29.02 - $42.08 /hour
