Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Responsible for Quality Assurance and Productivity Analysis for the Scheduling Department of all locations. Develop and implement training plans to support Scheduling Quality and Department Productivity.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Track scheduling staff productivity an provide meaningful data to leadership.
- Perform audits inclusive of, but not limited to: Patient careslips, no show reports, assigned provider responsibilities, including/outgoing referrals, scheduled appointments, scheduling templates, tasks collections, recall and EPIC schedules as needed.
- Develop training plans for ongoing development as well as plans for new hires.
- Perform all onboarding duties for new hires.
- Collaborate and partake in all scheduling related meetings.
- Provide quality assurance support to all areas of scheduling when needed.
- Understand the daily functions to be able to support all areas of scheduling.
- Provide timely feedback on findings and challenges to the Scheduling Managers.
- Complete additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years in a medical office environment.
Pay Range
$16.26 - $22.36 /hour
