What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spray Booth Line Lead - Automated Coating Analyst position at Chattanooga Labeling Systems?
Position expectations include daily set-up and operation of computer controlled, robotic spray booth to apply various water based coating to glass.
Duties include completing production paperwork, monitoring quality, staff and time management to achieve maximum efficiency. Maintain quality standards with equipment management via adjustments to spray mounts, air pressure, atomizers and G-code computer program.
Experience with spray guns and production spray duties are essential. Good eye for color and ability to monitor quality of finished product are important.
