Description
The Lookouts are hiring for Concession Stand Managers during the 2025 season!
During home games, managers will:
- Communicate with team members in assigned concession stand and delegate duties such as, point-of-sale operators/cashiers and food-service staff as well as scheduling and parking
- Train new employees for assigned position including customer service and cleanliness standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession area
- Responsible for overseeing volunteer groups assigned to concession stand and delegating duties/tasks
- Follow and execute company alcohol service standards
