Chattanooga Red Wolves SC is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented individual to join our growing organization as a Ticket Account Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sports who is eager to build a career in sales and marketing within the sports industry. This role will focus heavily on community outreach to drive ticket sales for the upcoming season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively make outbound phone calls to individuals, groups, and businesses to promote ticket sales.
- Clearly communicate the value and excitement of Red Wolves ticket packages and upcoming matches.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers and provide timely responses to inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Utilize ticketing and CRM software to manage leads and customer data effectively.
- Represent the Red Wolves at community events and through grassroots outreach initiatives (e.g., flyer distribution, tabling at local events).
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed individual and departmental ticket sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding fan experience for both current and prospective ticket holders.
- Assist in additional sales and marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, positive, and energetic demeanor.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging in solution-based sales conversations.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
- Passion for soccer and familiarity with the sports industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Experience with ticketing platforms and CRM systems is a strong advantage.
