What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Coordinator position at Chattels In Design?
Chattels In Design is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships. You will utilize your organizational skills to update client project in our cloud based project management software, file documents, make estimates in QuickBooks Online, Call clients with updates on their projects, add client installation times into our Clockshark App for our installers to know where to go each day for their assignments, and support the Lead Designer in delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for client relations and a background in Client Services Management.
Duties
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely responses to inquiries.
- Manage multiple client accounts, providing support throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- Create Estimates in Quickbooks Online version, and Create Client Contracts using Microsoft word.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage client information effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Emailing receipts to clients, estimates and PDF versions of files. Having advanced knowled of how to attach a pdf file to an email in Gmail Workspace emails.
- Using Microsoft Publisher to insert images into documents to create flyers, and layout images for client information sheets for our product lines.
- Understand how to upload and download files and images from Google Drive
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or account management, preferably within the Construction/Residential Builder avenue of work.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent ability to draft emails in a professional manner
