GARDEN CENTER ASSOCIATE –The Garden Center Associate will play a crucial role in helping customers create beautiful outdoor spaces by offering quality products. The Garden Center Associate will also water, prune, and fertilize plants to ensure their vitality and will maintain a clean and organized garden center.

Duties
- Plant maintenance.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of plants and shrubs is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping is essential.
- Experience in cash handling is a plus, demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness in financial transactions.
