What are the responsibilities and job description for the Buffet Attendant position at Chauncey Hotel & Conference Center?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Delivers food from kitchen to buffet display as well as break stations.
Makes omelets and waffles on the breakfast station.
Recognizes and able to efficiently recognize and name food and key ingredients accurately
Set up and breakdown of buffet kiosk/tables/display according to indicated times
Communicates with kitchen and management regarding customer flow, concerns, and satisfaction
Stocks Buffet area with supplies
Wipes and wraps silver during slow periods
Folds linen during slow periods
Performs food service staff side work duties
Must be able to work weekends.
