YOUR SHIFT AS A BAKERY TEAM MEMBER - FARMERS MARKET WORKER
As a Bakery Team Member - Farmers Market Worker, your morning kicks off with loading our van with an assortment of delectable treats, ready to dazzle customers at the farmers market. As you arrive at the market, you set up our booth with precision and care, creating an inviting space for customers to indulge in our artisanal delights. Throughout the day, you engage with patrons, sharing your passion for French baking and assisting them with their selections.
With each transaction processed seamlessly through our POS system, you bring joy to customers while earning rewards for your salesmanship. As the market winds down, you break down the setup, ensuring that every leftover pastry is accounted for before heading back to the bakery warehouse.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BAKERY TEAM MEMBER - FARMERS MARKET WORKER
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, ranging from 6 AM to 5 PM, five days a week. You'll be stationed at our bakery in Laguna Hills, CA, and travel to various farmers markets to represent Chaupain Bakery.
