Duties:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of breads gluten free, pastries, including cakes, cookies, pies, and others breads
- Decorate pastries using various techniques, such as piping, glazing, and icing
- Follow recipes, procedures and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry items and menu offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of breads supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Bakery with experience in gluten free breads
- Strong knowledge of breads techniques, including dough preparation, baking, and decorating
- Familiarity with menu planning and the ability to create visually appealing breads
- Proficient in using kitchen equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and kitchen tools
- Understanding of food safety practices and proper handling of ingredients
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of breads orders
Skills:
- Culinary skills: Ability to create delicious breads gluten free with attention to taste, texture, and presentation
- Kitchen knowledge: Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and tools used in bread preparation
- Knife skills: Proficiency in using knives for slicing, dicing, and other preparation techniques
