WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
Your schedule will be full-time, encompassing mornings, days, weekends, and holidays as needed.
As our Retail Restaurant Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our bakery, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation. From leading a team by example to maintaining high-quality food and services, you'll play a vital role in orchestrating a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities include facilitating inventory management, coordinating recruitment and training, addressing customer and employee issues, and maintaining a calm work environment. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR RETAIL RESTAURANT MANAGER
- 3 years of casual dining management experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience training, mentoring, and managing hourly employees
- Knowledge of all aspects of the restaurant industry, inclusive of P&L statements and cost management as well as creative ways to increase sales
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, and cash handling
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, reach, bend, stoop, and be mobile for long periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Hands-on personality with great communication skills
- Reliable transportation
