What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member (Full-Time) position at Chaupain Bakery?
Chaupain Bakery is a busy, family-owned bakery in San Clemente looking to hire upbeat and friendly part-time team members with great customer service skill.
Compensation: $16.50/hr plus GREAT TIPS
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Help customers with their orders
- Help them choose a pastry
- Ring up customers on a POS system
- Serve food to customer's table
- Make espresso drinks (we will train you if you don't have experience)
- Re-stock pastries and bread
- Take phone orders
- Clean and sanitize front of the house and help with back of the house as-needed
Qualifications:
- Great people skills
- Must be available for Saturday, Sundays and holidays
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on your feet the entire shift
- Reliable
