We are looking for an experienced Early Childhood Development Coach to join our team at Chautauqua Opportunities. As a coach, you will be responsible for supporting the attainment of ongoing education for early childhood professionals through continuous development and implementation of the Child Development Associate credentialing course, advisement, and certification support.
You will design individualized professional development trainings to support knowledge, understanding, and implementation of developmentally appropriate practices in early education settings and the child care community.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, experience working with children, and knowledge of the CSEFEL Pyramid approach and Head Start performance standards.
