We design and manufacture professional electrical test and measurement instruments for the industrial, commercial and utility marketplace. Specifically, our full product line includes clamp-on meters, transformer ratiometers, power quality meters, harmonic power meters, data loggers, megohmmeter, ground testers, oscilloscopes, cable testers, thermal cameras and numerous other electrical test instruments.
Primary Purpose: Our headquarters in Dover, NH is seeking a talented and creative Photographer/Video Production Specialist to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality photography and video content that aligns with our brand's vision and goals.
Under the general supervision of the Marketing Director, the Photographer/Video Production Specialist will be highly motivated to create and manage the photography and video content to be used on the company website, YouTube and social media channels as an effective communication of product announcements, how-to educational content, and overall brand awareness.

As a Photographer/Video Production Specialist you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering compelling photography and video content from concept to completion. You will work closely with our creative, sales and technical teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring that our photography and videos are visually appealing, technically sound, and meet the company's objectives. You will be knowledgeable of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Frame.io and Adobe Photoshop.
Essential Functions:
- Conceptualization: Collaborate with the internal teams to develop concepts, scripts, storyboards and shot lists for video projects.
- Pre-Production: Coordinate all aspects of pre-production, including location, scheduling, and equipment setup.
- Production: Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality photos and video footage. Direct crew as needed during shoots.
- Editing: Edit and assemble photography and video footage, incorporating music, graphics, and special effects to create polished, cohesive videos.
- Post-Production: Color correction, sound mixing, AI voice overs, and finalizing video projects to meet quality standards.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of video assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Organization: Build and manage a video library following documented file naming schemes to establish a prioritized list for video projects.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest video production trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our content.
- Quality Assurance: Review and assess the quality of final video products to meet brand standards and client expectations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with manager, providing updates and addressing feedback to ensure project success.
- Assist marketing team with ongoing projects as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of an Associate’s degree in Film, Production, or related field and 2 years experience.
- Proven experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Frame.io). Knowledge and experience in other Adobe Creative products is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work as a contributor to a team as well as working independently.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback, take direction, and demonstrate a positive attitude and pride in workmanship.
- Portfolio pieces showcasing your work.
- Basic to moderate knowledge of MS Office Suite (O365 preferred).
- Knowledge of marketing concepts.
