Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a variety of projects in IT Services; producing project planning and project implementation documentation; ongoing management of existing projects; and managing client relationships. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, project schedule, status reports, project implantation plans, and facilitation of project meetings.
- Develop marketing plans and participate in growth of existing projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a IT Services.
- Strong expertise in producing project documents and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
