We are seeking a creative, driven, and bilingual Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Liberty Lake, WA. This role will focus on building our brand, social media presence, and executing marketing strategies within the real estate and private lending space.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for private lending & real estate content
- Create social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Coordinate media days, video shoots, and event promotions
- Assist with marketing materials for sales and investor events
- Maintain brand voice and consistency
- Collaborate with CEO, sales, and processing teams
- Travel occasionally for events, marketing campaigns, or content creation
Qualifications:
- 2 years marketing experience (real estate or finance preferred)
- Bilingual — Spanish & English — Required
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms & content trends
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Must be able to work in-office (Liberty Lake, WA) 5 days per week
