**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to policyholders, agents, and clients via phone, email, and chat.
- **Policy Management:** Assist customers with policy inquiries, modifications, renewals, and cancellations.
- **Claims Assistance:** Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- **Issue Resolution:** Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively assist customers and answer their questions.
- **Documentation:** Accurately record customer interactions and transactions, documenting details and actions taken in our CRM system.
- **Compliance:** Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bilingual a must. (English & Spanish)
