Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails according to Chaz recipes
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve food
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Experience in fine dining not necessary
- Wine knowledge
- Stellar customer service and positive, outgoing personality
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
