Chaz Limited Collision Express, the leading, certified collision repair organization of Alaska, is seeking a Shop Manager to join our team in Fairbanks, Alaska!
The right fit for our team is an organized, positive, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience managing a high-volume, DRP-driven collision center.

Responsibilities:
The Shop Manager is responsible for managing the activities of all body shop staff, ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining the standards of our company, insurance partners, and OEM certifications.
- Positively maintains existing partnerships with insurance companies; works to develop new business partnerships
- Develops and oversees the scheduling of work and repair processes, ensuring quality, consistent and timely repairs
- Sets a positive tone with all technicians and staff for open and honest communication
- Oversees and monitors financial performance goals for each department such as sales growth and gross profit on labor, parts, and paint/materials
- Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual goals for service and cost control
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators including CSI, profitability, cycle time, etc.
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints
- Hire, direct, assist, and motivate team to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency, and profitability in a fun and upbeat environment

- Must have a valid Driver License with minimal moving violations
- Must understand production planning
- Must be able to coach and train for quality and profitability
- Prior auto body repair experience preferred
- Proficiency with estimating systems and insurance direct repair guidelines preferred
- Experience with Nexsyis Collision management system is highly preferred!
