Chaz Limited Collision Express, the leading Auto Body Repair facility in Alaska is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our South Anchorage team!
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday (full-time, hours are non-negotiable)
Location: Anchorage, AK

Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative ("CSR") provides superior customer service throughout the repair process, and additional administrative support to the General Manager and Estimators. They are responsible for cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with our mission and values.
- Operate a multi-line phone system, scheduling customers for estimate and repair appointments
- Greet each customer at their scheduled appointment time, and gather basic customer and vehicle information to input into the computer
- Provide basic information about the company both in person and by phone
- Book rental appointments for scheduled repair appointments
- Communicate repair process with the Estimator and Production Manager to accurately relay repair progress to the customer
- Handle customer concerns relating to warranty claims, mechanical issues, equipment/part issues, etc.
- Process and post customer and insurance payments
- Scan and file customer documents
- Consistently ensure the front office is in a clean and orderly manner, and that all office supplies are stocked as necessary
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The right candidate would be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees in a consistent fast-paced environment!
- AK Driver License with minimal moving violations
- Professional Customer Service experience required
- Exceptional Computer/Typing abilities
- Auto body or general automotive knowledge preferred
- Ability to multi-task and take notes
- Professional personal appearance
- Strong ability to take initiative, and be able to receive feedback while working as part of a team
