The Customs Entry Writer II is an integral part of the operations, responsible for efficiently processing customs clearances for imports. This role ensures compliance with regulations and standards, and maintains precise tracking and communication regarding shipments. The Customs Entry Writer II will handle accurate documentation and record-keeping, provide timely client billing, and invoicing. Responsibilities

• Process customs clearances for imports, strictly adhering to customs regulations and company standard operating procedures.
• Handle Importer Security Filing.
• Track and trace shipments to keep information up-to-date.
• Communicate directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties via email and phone.
• Manage documentation and ensure proper archiving of records and documents.
• Oversee data management for client reports. Ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to commute to the office, with hybrid work options potentially available.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to work weekends or night shifts is considered a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.

Preferred Education and Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience in customs or a related field is essential for this position.
• High School Diploma or GED

The base salary range for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
