Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional

Job Summary:
Join Alluvion Health as a Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional, an integral part of our Collaborative Care Team. You’ll work closely with primary care providers and other mental health professionals to deliver patient-centered, integrated care. This role focuses on providing evidence-based treatments, coordinating care, and supporting behavioral health initiatives, including first-episode psychosis programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate mental health care with primary care providers and other team members.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health and substance use disorders using evidence-based tools.
- Provide consultation, track patient progress, and facilitate follow-up care.
- Support psychotropic medication management and in-clinic referrals.
- Collaborate on behavioral health initiatives, data tracking, and grant reporting.
- Ensure compliance with HRSA 330 requirements, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
- Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Montana.
- Skills: Time management, crisis resolution, relationship building, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care.
- Familiarity with federally qualified health center regulations and grant-funded program requirements.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, 40-hour workweek in a climate-controlled environment.
- Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds and OSHA Category 1 exposure.
