General Manager

Job Title: General Manager for Cannabis Retailer - Tracy, California

Job Description: Join our team at in Tracy! We are looking for an energetic General Manager who will be instrumental in leading our retail team, overseeing store operations, and ensuring outstanding customer service in one of California's fastest-growing cannabis markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate leadership in professionalism, integrity, and dedication.
• Set ambitious sales targets and strategies to achieve and exceed them.
• Handle customer and staff issues with professionalism, providing conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, laws and regulations.
• Manage daily store operations with a keen eye for detail.
• Enhance customer interactions through superior service and in-depth product knowledge.
• Implement strict inventory and cash handling procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Cultivate a team culture of empowerment and collaboration.
• Motivate team members towards personal and professional growth.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support for team development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 3 years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technology tools.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Capable of working long hours on feet.

Reports to:

• Board of Directors

Schedule:

• Full-time position, up to 40 hours per week with mandatory overtime as needed.
• Weekly mandatory meetings.
• Round-the-Clock Responsiveness
