As a part-time Cardiovascular Sonography Instructor, youll be responsible for delivering high-quality curriculum content to our Sonography students, mentoring them, and guiding them to become skilled professionals. Two of our Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) programs are CAAHEP-accredited, ensuring a standard of excellence in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor students in the Cardiovascular Sonography program.
- Deliver course content effectively, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Help students develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field.
- Support the professional development of students as they prepare for careers in sonography.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree (required)
- ARDMS, ARRT(S), or CCI certification (required)
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in the field (required)
Preferred Experience:
- No prior teaching experience required.
- Experience in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient, is preferred.
