Job Title: LMRT Licensure and Certification Specialist
Locations Needed: Houston, Dallas, Austin, McAllen
Summary: The LMRT Licensure and Certification Specialist will provide oversight, guidance and training to all LMRT programs. Additionally LMRT Licensure and Certification Specialist will assess campuses pass rates and develop roadmap plans to achieve successful outcomes. Must be accustomed to working in a team environment with a focus on customer service and support and have high management skills.

Essential Duties: /Education
- Schedule, lead and document Roadmap Calls with Campuses
- Communicate, correspond and follow-up with LMRT Program Directors and faculty on individual plans for student success.
- Ensure that all licensure/certification documents and processes are current and updated.
- Assist in the maintaining shared files for project information
- Develop and update appropriate tracking systems for student success
- Maintain current knowledge of rules, regulations, and applications
- Create and rollout processes and procedures as it pertains to licensure and certification.
- Assist Campuses with Tutoring and curriculum oversight.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to:
- Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed
- Participate in company meetings and conference calls as required
- Assist with coverage during staffing shortages and leaves of absence
- Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
- Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position

- Education/Experience:
- Be an Licensed Radiology Technician
- 5 years supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of current regulations affecting Higher Education
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Mathematical Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook, and Word) and data entry.
