Job Title: Nursing Clinical Coordinator
Summary: The Nursing Clinical Coordinators responsibilities include but are not limited to developing and maintaining clinical affiliations, coordinating student group placement in the clinical settings, recording student clinical time in an accurate and complete manner, and maintaining student clinical records in compliance with regulatory bodies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintains clinical affiliations at facilities for nursing clinical rotations
- Coordinates schedules for clinical rotations, coordinates faculty assignments for clinical staff
- Collects records and reports, retains clinical records and student evaluations
- Ensures that students meet clinical affiliate requirements for the rotation in a clinical setting
- Attends mandatory faculty/staff meetings and in-service activities
- Maintains continuing education and professional growth activity and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, institutional, and programmatic regulations
- Adheres to academic policies/procedures for compliance
- Assist with student advising
- Assist Director of Education with administrative functions and data collection
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
- Baccalaureate degree preferred
- Nursing/medical background preferred
