What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinician - FFS Full Time or Part Time position at CHD Brand?
CHD Springfield Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic fee for service clinicians. Our team serves adults and transitional aged youth, and we are expanding our services to include more children and families. This team provides outpatient individual therapy, group therapy and psychiatry services. The clinical focus is trauma-informed care and person centered. CHD will provide training in Motivational Interviewing, ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency), and various trauma focused modalities. We offer individual supervision, a plus for those who are accruing hours for licensure in both mental health counseling and social work.
Job Responsibilities
Initial Intake Assessments, Individual Therapy, Group therapy, Creating treatment plans, safety plans, and care coordination based on needs, · Complete documentation on time, Triage and short term outpatient care.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or related field. LCSW, LICSW or LMHC strongly preferred. Experience with individual, family and group therapy, crisis intervention, and substance use preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish individuals encouraged to apply. Must be able to demonstrate high level of skill in therapeutic engagement of diverse clients, hold fidelity to evidence based practices that match the presenting problem, and good diagnostic skills. Salary:
FFS rate of pay $36 - $50 per unit, based on licensure and years of experience; FFS staff are paid for supervision, CHD required training, and staff meetings.
