Seeking Clinicians to work in a team environment providing care to adults and youth in CHD’s NEW CBHC Adult or Youth Programs. All CBHC Programs are located in one location and integrated highly to treat individuals and families throughout the care continuum. Requirements
Licensed clinician or clinical professional who is eligible for licensure for both part-time and full-time positions in a community-based, outpatient team care setting with the flexibility and convenience of tele-therapy remote work. The position will allow for the opportunity to advance in areas of specialty and may involve group therapy if desired. The position will require collaboration with the CBHC clinical team and willingness to complete intakes and triage clients as needed. The clinician will be part of teams providing addiction services and diagnostic assessments.

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree required
- Independent license or license eligible preferred (LICSW, LMHC, etc.)
- Must be able to demonstrate high level of skill in therapeutic engagement of rural populations, hold fidelity to evidence based practices that match the presenting problem, and possess good diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology required

Clinic is open 8-8 and we are looking for both full time and part time staff.
