Job Description
CHD is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to provide supervision and oversight of six-seven residential sites serving adults with developmental disabilities. Responsible for the direct supervision of five to six house supervisors who supervise a total of 40-50 residential staff, serving up to 30 individuals as well as the associated direct service and administrative operations. Ensures compliance with DDS, CARF and CHD standards of care and record-keeping requirements.
Position requires overseeing operational budgets, ISP development and implementation, health-related supports, staff training and personnel management. This is a key leadership role in the program and serves as part of the management team supporting staff and individuals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Experience supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities 3-5 years of supervisory experience are essential. Ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and possess exceptional organizational and management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as demonstrated computer skills required.
