Join our team in Conway, AR! Cheap Sleep Furniture and Mattresses is a locally owned and operated business with over 16 years of experience! We are expanding rapidly and need motivated sales associates to make it happen!
Job Description: Your role will be to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, analyze sales strategies and implement them, communicate effectively with customers, and have a base understanding of the day to day tasks and maintenance of the store.
Pay: Starting pay is $15 an hour. Commission will start 3 months after the date of employment, but once commissions begin, hourly pay will drop to $12.50 an hour. Commission is paid out monthly at 5% of all sales made by the sales person (Commission can range from $1,000-2,500 a month based on performance). Hourly pay ranges from $15-25 an hour but can be more based on sales performance.
