A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact. They act as a company liaison between customers who have questions, issues or complaints with a product or service the company sells. They have many responsibilities like answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers’ questions about products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responding to customer requests: answering phone calls, emails and chat requests.
Collects and enters orders for new and additional products (pull sheets for stores and customers; reservation sheets & Ashley Orders).
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
Providing information: sharing order status product information.
To complete pull sheets for stores and customers; reservation sheets & Ashley Orders.

Performs other related duties as assigned
- Invoicing customer orders
- Process customer orders
- Make load sheets for orders
- Handling customer complaints.
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting problems.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
