What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Check Electric?
Check Electric is an Electrical Contractor, that has been proudly owned and operated in the state of NJ since 1988. We're looking to recruit a Project Manager to our team. Our Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of any given project, from it's initiation to it's final completion. They must ensure everything is delivered on time and within budget, and be able to adapt quickly and seamlessly to changed circumstances. Communicating effectively with our Foremen, and ability to make sure that RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Drawings, and more are all organized and readily available to our team out in the field is crucial. Pay for this job is based on experience. The salary shown is not guaranteed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management and the project management lifecycle
- Preferred Experience in Electrical Contracting or Construction
- Strong skills in project scheduling, budgeting, and scope management
- Preferred knowledge of EBM & Planswift Estimating Software
- Excellent negotiation and time management abilities
- Change management and team management experience preferred
- Collaboration & Teamwork Skills
- Ability to multitask, and manage multiple projects at once.
