Job Description Job Description We’re hiring for a Customer Service Representative that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks. Handling incoming telephone calls and information over the telephone and also make outbound calls to their customers.Your roles : - Educate customers on loan products- Loan processing- Take customer payments- Cash drawer management- Collection calls- Basic computer and data entry experience- Listen to customer needs5 vacation, medical telemed and paid holidays all after your first year.Work hours from 10am-6pm M-F and 10-3pm on Saturdays (locations may vary)
