Check Off Your List (COYL) is hiring a remote Marketing Creative Specialist to support our exponential growth.
COYL provides highly trained, remote professionals in bookkeeping, executive assistance, human resources, marketing, web design, and IT Support on a pay-what-you-need model so our clients can focus on what matters most their business. We do the ordinary so they can do the extraordinary.
This is a remote position (seeking employees based in Florida, Maine, Ohio, orTexas ) reporting to the Director of Marketing. It is a part-time position with the potential to grow to full-time.
Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Strategies : Create and implement project-specific strategies (e.g., email campaigns targeting lead generation) based on client needs and goals.
- Creating Client Briefs : Collaborate with the Creative Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing to gather and incorporate client information into actionable marketing plans.
- Integrations & Automations : Leverage tools and software to integrate marketing platforms and set up automated processes for improved efficiency.
- Support Backend Marketing Tasks : Handle behind-the-scenes responsibilities, from troubleshooting software integrations to testing campaign functionality, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Understand Marketing Strategies : Clearly grasp the overall marketing approach (including digital channels, target audience behaviors, and analytics) to align your work with team objectives.
- Copywriting : Craft compelling, engaging, and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including email campaigns, website content, social media posts, and other promotional assets.
