CheckedUp is looking for a Director, Analytics to help grow our in-house business analytics team to provide actionable insights to clients from pre-sale through to post campaign measurement. This will be accomplished by telling data driven stories that leverage a range of research and data assets including but not limited to; in-house data network, prescription and medical claims data and client data. The Director will work closely with the CheckedUp Data and Analytics team, Account teams and clients inclusive of agencies and advertisers to help maximize the value of campaigns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead marketing analytics engagements for several pharmaceutical clients
- Responsible find the key insights in order to build the business case for brand activation
- Take an evidence-based approach to maximize advertisers point-of-care campaigns
- Gain client support for recommendations by bring data and insights to life
- Support pre-sales analytics through to post campaign measurement
- Leverage personal experience to develop analytical plans
- Develop KPIs and automated internal and external reports (Excel, Salesforce Reports, or data visualizations through Tableau or similar) to enable revenue teams with highly actionable intelligence
- Drive and take ownership for developing and improving current network processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Advanced degree desired)
- 7 years of progressive experience in a similar role involving healthcare, media, advertising, or strategic development from client side or agency / media company.
- Hands-on analytics experience working with real-world claims data
- Experience using the likes of SQL, Python, R to extract data from relational databases
- Experience with Snowflake
- Salesforce and analysis/BI tools mastery: complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, workflows.
- Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate, and thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Learning mindset and passion to keep abreast of the rapidly changing media and analytics landscape.
- Ability to prioritize and separate out the urgent & essential from the day-to-day requirements from the noise
- Able to present insights and make recommendations that are accepted and implemented.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
